The Canadian company Bombardier Aviation, part of Bombardier Inc., is responsible for the production of Bombardier aircraft. The company can boast an impressive history – it has been on the market since 1942. Its founder, Joseph-Armand Bombardier, was a renowned inventor in his time. The machines of his idea made people’s lives easier – he created, among others, snowmobile, invaluable in Canadian weather conditions. It was snowmobiles that he initially sold in the company he founded, which over time significantly changed its profile and is now one of the largest manufacturers of high-class aircraft on a global scale.

The Challenger 605 was introduced to the market in 2006. It is an improved version of its predecessor – the Challenger 604 aircraft. It features a more modern cockpit, has more effective flight management systems, and has also been improved in terms of aerodynamics, which increased its efficiency compared to the older model. The Challenger 605 immediately gained popularity and is still one of the most popular models among corporate and private customers, as well as among flight operators around the world.

The aircraft was manufactured by the Canadian company Bombardier Aviation, a branch of Bombardier Inc. The company has been operating on the market since 1942. Its surprising name, however, has nothing to do with the arms industry, but comes from the name of its founder. Joseph-Armand Bombardier was an entrepreneur and inventor. He invented, among other things, the snowmobile. In order to sell these vehicles on a large scale, he opened a company that has survived to this day, but is now known not for scooters, but for high-class aircraft.

The Challenger 300 model was presented to the world in 1999 during the Paris Air Show, then called Bombardier Continental. The plane officially went on sale in 2004 and is still in production today. It found the most admirers in the USA, and that is where most of the production goes.

The plane belongs to the super midsize jet class. It has a range of 5741 km, which means that it can fly over the Atlantic or the entire US mainland on a single tank. This was the original assumption of the design of this model – to enable travel within the States without the need for a stopover.

The Bombardier Challenger 300 reaches a maximum speed of 891 km/h, which means that the intercontinental journey will take just a few hours. It is powered by two Honeywell HTF7000 turbofan engines.

The manufacturer of the PC-24 is Pilatus Aircraft – a Swiss company that built its first aircraft during World War II. However, the object of its interest was not military aircraft, but civilian ones. Over the 80 years of its activity, the company has become famous as a manufacturer of solid, comfortable and safe machines intended for private and business use. The PC-24 first flew in 2015. This model is a breakthrough in the company’s history, as it is the first jet created by Pilatus Aircraft. Sales of the PC-24 began in 2018. The aircraft have been delivered to North America, Africa, Australia, Europe and South America.

The biggest advantage of the PC-24, which distinguishes this model from other popular jets for private use, is its ability to use unpaved runways. This significantly increases the range of destinations – people who want to escape from curious glances and spend their vacation in a place far from resorts and large airports can go there with the Pilatus PC-24.

The aircraft has a range of 3610 km, allowing you to travel freely throughout Europe. It also has a dizzying cruising speed of up to 815 km/h! This means that you will spend very little time on board. The machine is small, agile and light, and is powered by two Williams FJ44-4A turbofan engines with a thrust of 15.13 kN each.
