Communication is a key concept in most areas of life today. Its quality and pace take on particular importance in the context of running a business or organization. In many really important situations, an online meeting is not enough – to be sure of mutual understanding or to have an informal meeting behind the scenes, face-to-face contact is necessary. It is the speed and quality of communication that makes us dissatisfied with slow and uncomfortable means of transport, such as cars or scheduled planes. Private jet charter is becoming a natural alternative to them. Who uses them and where do we fly most often?
Commercial charter flights – for whom?
The Polish and, more broadly, European private charter flight market is based primarily on business flights. At AMC Aviation, corporate flights account for approx. 70% of the connections served. The rest are private flights – for holidays or city breaks. Charter flights ordered by organizations (e.g. religious associations) and private individuals (politicians, VIPs) still constitute a relatively small percentage.
This structure of services may change significantly in the future – as society becomes more affluent, the availability of private charter flights is also increasing – comfortable, safe and tailored. Especially if more people are going on a trip, the divided costs do not exceed the capabilities of the middle class.
Charter flights within Poland
Domestic flights are not among the most popular. After all, Poland is a small country and traveling from east to west or north to south in one day is not an extreme feat. Hence, most travelers choose a car or train, or a scheduled flight.
However, there are entities and individuals for whom speed is a key value, as well as those who do not want to compromise on comfort. The most frequently operated route within Poland is the Krakow-Gdańsk and Warsaw-Wrocław route.
Charter flights – EU and other European countries
Business and private flights within the EU and other European countries are the most popular. It is worth mentioning that recent years, especially the war in Ukraine, were a huge blow to the business aviation market, which had to quickly find an alternative to EU connections with Ukraine or Russia.
AMC Aviation is currently developing mainly in Western Europe, but also in Scandinavia. These are the destinations that are eagerly chosen by entrepreneurs and private individuals, both in terms of business relations and family holidays.
Intercontinental charter flights
Some time must pass before intercontinental flights become the standard. The reason is simple – the costs of such a trip are already significant and the offer of first class or business class in scheduled planes is simply much more profitable.
At AMC Aviation, we handle inquiries, e.g. about flights to the USA, the Far East or Africa, but relatively less often than in other destinations.
